Introduction

This five-day course teaches how to evaluate and prepare people, processes, and systems for change. You will learn a structured approach to diagnose readiness and close gaps before implementation. The program emphasizes practical tools: assessments, stakeholder mapping, intervention design, and measurable indicators. Participants apply methods to an active change initiative and leave with a ready-to-use plan. The focus is on reducing rollout risk and improving adoption.

2. Map stakeholders and build influence strategies to secure required sponsorship and commitment.
3. Create a prioritized readiness plan with owners, timelines, and risk responses tied to business milestones.
4. Design targeted communication, training, and role-based interventions to accelerate adoption.
5. Define measurable readiness indicators and establish governance to monitor progress and adjust the plan.
